  ED absolutely useless. Waited for over 2 hours to see someone and the doctors couldn't diagnose my sister and discharged her telling us her liver functioning was normal when we had 4 different doctors informing us it was definitely not normal. An ultrasound was not even done to confirm this. The nurse then told the doctor she couldn't leave as temperature was too high.

  Other than the parking our first visit to the hospital was very positive, I really really really am annoyed at the parking issue though.

  So if your like me and put your ticket in and it says arrived at 8.08 paid 10.08, you will be charged $9 or 3 hours although the ticket doesn't show it, the 1 second you went over just cost you another 1 hour which they will then be able to double charge for that space once you have left.

  Machine says $3 an hour or 'part thereof'. If like me you are not up with your legal speak. This means 1 hour blocks.

  I went as I'd hurt my toe playing football (soccer). Turns out it's broken but I was dealt with by very friendly, professional and generally great staff. I don't particularly like hospitals but I can safely say this was a pleasant experience.

  Very modern, very friendly, top service esp. the nurses and the young doctors. I noticed there were many medical students working there but never doubted their competence. We were in the eldery ward (level 6) and received much attention and empathy. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants, a newsagency downstairs, quite lovely for visitors.
